This event is designed exclusively for women in the commitment of serving in executive roles in credit unions. The program context retains the embodied leadership segments of our leadership camps while including robust segments for women in credit union leadership roles.
My promise to you is that you will:

- Produce clarity on your exclusive offer.
- Author your own ongoing leadership plan.
- Build leadership practices to fulfill on your commitment to leadership.
- Connect Purpose, on a deep level, to your leadership commitment.

The work will include a Leadership Project directly related to your credit union or community. To enhance the sustainability of the work you will have access to a certified leadership coach for six private sessions. Ideally, two of these will happen before the event and four post event.
Your facilitators are certified leadership coaches living in the commitment and practices to further awaken leadership potential of women. My hope is that you decide to join me and others in this opportunity to create and live your leadership legacy in the way you desire. Please let me know by January 1st of your interest in continued dialogue or intent to participate.
Participants will include 10-12 women from various credit unions. The site is the Bluebird Valley Lodge located just outside of Durango, Colorado; this facility is owned by my family and is frequently used for leadership training and development. The lodge is a pine cabin on 12.5 wooded acres and, as you can imagine, we take advantage of Mother Nature as part of classroom setting. |
