Jennifer believes that excellence in leadership is crucial in order to address organizational challenges and create sustainable change. She is a Master Somatic coach, trainer and organizational consultant with 17 years experience in leadership, team development and strategic planning. She has worked with organizations in the fields of finance, healthcare, apparel and entertainment.

Jennifer works with leaders and organizations to increase their personal and professional satisfaction and effectiveness by bringing their actions into alignment with their deepest commitments and goals. Using sound principles and practices of adult development and somatic awareness Jennifer enables individuals and corporations to uncover and articulate their intentions, formulate goals and integrate the mental and physical aspects of their lives to carry out their goals.

Jennifer is a certified Hudson Institute Coach and a Master Somatic Coach at the Strozzi Institute, where she is on the teaching staff. She has extensive experience in Human Resources Leadership including ten years at Patagonia where she contributed to the design of a unique corporate culture. Jennifer holds a B.A. in Business from Antioch University Santa Barbara.

Jennifer lives in Santa Barbara, California where she enjoys spending time with her two children and yellow lab. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, surfing and skiing. Her interest in the well being of young people led her to co-create a leadership program for youth at the Strozzi Institute.
