Kirk brings a combination of financial services industry experience and a passion for making a difference. His winning smile and attitude make him a significant contributor to our work with clients and candidates. An open spirit and discernment surface attributes that assure excellence in all interactions. He comes to DDJ Myers, Ltd. with nine years of executive recruiting experience with emphasis in financial services.

Previously, he served in a number of senior level roles within financial services organizations, specifically brokerage and investment management firms. Kirk managed institutional and retail sales teams, marketing, product development, client service, marketing communications and public relations. He also interfaced regularly with investment teams including portfolio managers, research directors and analysts. This experience has provided him with a broad understanding of the financial services industry and its challenges. 

Kirk has developed a strong track record of building successful long-term relationships with a variety of financial services organizations including banks, brokerages, credit unions, hedge funds, insurance companies and investment management firms. We welcome Kirk and his contributions.
