Peter Myers assists individuals and teams move forward in their personal and organizational goals through recruitment, retention and executive leadership coaching practices. On a daily basis, Peter works with senior management in the financial services industry to build and further develop their leadership and strategic teams by bringing out the true power within themselves and integrating it into the professional and business world.
Peter demonstrates his accountability, consistency, curiosity and innovation through his passionate involvement at DDJ Myers, Ltd. He avidly continues his knowledge through education, involvement and strong work ethic. Peter is a graduate from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Sociology and minor in Spanish. He earned his Somatic Leadership Coach Certification from the Strozzi Institute and is currently a teacher at the institute for two of their classes including the Young Men's School of Embodied Leadership. Peter is also certified in the BarOn EQ-i (Emotional Intelligence Inventory).
In his involvement with coaching, Peter strives to teach others in enhancing and embracing their own lives and development. Peter is an expert in four-wheeling, which is comparable and metaphorical to his ability to analyze situations and explore options before creating a solution; he teaches new Land Rover owners through a program with Land Rover Scottsdale, and his driving has been featured in a Land Rover commercial.
Third generation in this industry, Peter’s formal education and somatic coaching certification, combined with his extensive world travels and his exposure to the financial services industry, helps him create vision and opportunities for business professionals seeking to reach their next level of success and commitment.
Peter and his wife Brijet enjoy playing with all the little ones in their lives including their 6 year old daughter Naomi. He and his family also enjoy giving back to the community whether it is leading graffiti busting projects across the city to habitat for humanity builds for low income families.
